Culinary Services

At the Coventry we know that our dining and food service programs are at the heart of the lifestyle we offer our residents. We strive to make every meal a celebration of life through the presentation of food and through our friendly dining room service. We offer three meals each day served restaurant style using a 5 week and seasonal rotation with an extensive daily always available dining menu that includes low salt and diabetic selections. Also ask about our Signature Coventry Sandwich and Pastry Delights.

The Coventry Culinary Services also offers:

•   Private dining for small or large groups
•   Special request dining such as, steak and other items (Reservations required/additional charges may apply)
•   Culinary Delights programs where we combine entertainment with themed specialty meals prepared fresh by our talented Culinary team
•   Resident Social Hours: Fridays, every-other week from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Enjoy something new each social hour with items such as; Wines, Cocktails, Cheeses, Specialty drinks, Mixed drinks and beverages (including non-alcoholic options) Specialty Coffees, Teas, Fruit Smoothies, Milkshakes, and more ($2.00 per person)
•   Chefs Table to welcome and meet new residents and make new friends
•   Culinary Services input and suggestion meetings "Food For Thought" held each month to share new menu items, meal request, menu changes and dining room service ideas
•   Catering services for family gatherings, birthdays and other events

Catering Menu

Dinner Entrées include soup of the day, small house salad, dessert special, and beverages, choose from: 6oz. Rib eye Steak Dinner, served with a Succulent Baked Sweet Potato and Buttered Sauté Mushrooms $7.95 per guest plate

Caprese Stuffed Chicken Dinner, smothered in a Mouth Watering Pesto Sauce served with Loaded Mashed Potatoes and Blanched Broccoli $6.50 per guest plate

Blackened Salmon Dinner, for a Healthier Choice, served with Delicious Wild Rice and Steamed Asparagus $7.95 per guest plate
