The goal of our associate management team is to encourage autonomy in decision-making for all residents and associated team members. At The Coventry we recognize that our associates drive the success of our community and that by taking care of our associates we take care of our success.

Below is a list of Associate Team Positions:

• Executive Director (ED)
Responsibility for the operation of the community. Must have supervisory experience and prior Assisted Living experience.

• Wellness Director
This is typically an RN or someone with extensive Assisted Living experience and serves as the coordinator of the clinical/care services needed by our residents. Should have geriatric care experience.

• Business Office Managers
Assists the ED with the business operation of the community. Must be computer literate.

• Community Sales / Marketing Director
Responsible for the sales and occupancy development of the community. Should have prior sales experience.

• Director of Building Services / Maintenance Associate
Responsible for community maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Must have prior maintenance or property management experience.

• Program / Activity Director
Develops the activity and life enrichment programming for the community. Should have prior experience working with the elderly and activity / event programming with good presentation skills.

• Director of Food Services
Responsible for planning, ordering, and preparations of meals and snacks for residents and other events. Should have experience meeting special diet needs and inventory management.

• Cook Associate
Prepares meals and snacks for the community. Should have experience cooking for large groups.

• Wait Staff / Food Services Associate
Take resident meal orders, serve meals and assist in the kitchen as needed, food handlers permit needed.

• Resident Care Associate / Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)
Provides assistance to our residents with activities of daily living. Should have experience in caring for the elderly and current C.N.A. license or willingness to get C.N.A. within first 4 months of hire.

• Housekeeping Associate
Responsible for cleaning resident rooms and community areas.
